Wella Welloxon Perfect (developers)
Welloxon Perfect is a crème developer formulated for use with Koleston Perfect. Welloxon Perfect is also the recommended developer to be used with Wella's Blondor and Magma products.
It is available in three strengths, 6%, 9% and 12% for achieving varying degrees of lift. Welloxon Perfect Pastel offers pastel tones for use with the lighter shades in the Koleston Perfect range.
Color Touch is used with Color Touch Crème lotion, which comes in either original, 1.9% or intense, 4%.
