Wella Welloxon Perfect is a crème developer formulated for use with Wella Koleston Perfect. Wella Welloxon Perfect is also the recommended developer to be used with Wella's Blondor and Magma products.

It is available in three strengths, 6%, 9% and 12% for achieving varying degrees of lift. Wella Welloxon Perfect Pastel offers pastel tones for use with the lighter shades in the Wella Koleston Perfect range.
